Confident & Connected: A 12-Week Parenting Program
Feel calm. Build connection. Parent with confidence.
Parenting doesn't have to feel so hard
You're constantly putting out fires, meltdowns, power struggles, guilt, exhaustion.
You try to stay calm, but your nervous system is fried.
You want to parent differently than you were raised… but no one ever showed you how.
You're not failing. You just need the right support.
Imagine this instead...
You respond to your child’s big emotions without losing your cool
You feel more regulated, grounded, and in control of your emotions
You finally break the cycles you promised yourself you'd never repeat
Your child feels safe, seen, and deeply connected to you
That’s exactly what this program is for.
Welcome to Confident & Connected- a 12-week journey to help you break generational patterns, regulate your emotions, and parent with clarity and confidence.

What to Expect
All content is completely self-paced. Groups are limited to 10 participants. Begin with the 12-Week course designed to be completed over 12 weeks, with approximately 1–2 hours per week dedicated to reflection, practice, and integration outside of our sessions.
Alongside the structured material, you’ll participate in live group sessions where we deepen the work together. These gatherings provide space for real-time coaching, skill-building, and meaningful connection with other parents who are also committed to doing this transformative work. During each session, I offer guidance, feedback, and practical nervous system and attachment-based tools to help you apply what you’re learning in your everyday parenting.
This process will give you the action items, accountability, support and education you need to show-up with the confidence and calm presence your children need.

-
Participation is encouraged but not required. You are welcome to engage at a level that feels comfortable for you. That said, those who actively participate often gain deeper insight, connection, and practical benefit from the experience.
-
Confidentiality is a foundational expectation of the group. Participants are asked to respect the privacy of others and not share personal information discussed within sessions. While confidentiality cannot be absolutely guaranteed in a group setting, clear guidelines are established to promote safety, trust, and mutual respect.
-
This group is for parents who are ready to look beneath the surface of behaviors and begin understanding the attachment patterns, nervous system responses, and generational influences shaping their parenting. It is designed for individuals who are open to self-reflection, willing to take personal responsibility for their growth, and committed to practicing new skills between sessions.
This group may be a good fit if you:
Feel overwhelmed or reactive in parenting moments
Want to break generational cycles and parent differently than you were parented
Are open to learning about attachment, emotional regulation, and nervous system healing
Value both education and experiential growth
Are willing to engage in reflection and practice outside of sessions
-
This group may not be the right fit if you are primarily seeking strategies focused only on changing your child’s behavior without exploring your own patterns. It is not designed as crisis intervention or a substitute for individual therapy when higher levels of support are needed.
Because the work is reflective and depth-oriented, participants should be in a place where they can tolerate self-exploration and group discussion in a structured, supportive setting.
If you are unsure whether this group is the right fit, I encourage you to schedule a consultation to discuss your goals and determine the best next step.
